Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
We accept refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged books received
- Incorrect books delivered
Damaged Books
If you receive a damaged book:
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
- Send via WhatsApp or email
After verification:
✔ Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
Incorrect Book Delivered
If a wrong book is delivered:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange pickup (if applicable) or guide return process
Options:
- ✔ Correct book will be dispatched
- ✔ OR refund will be issued after receiving the wrong item
If urgently required:
You may place a new order. Refund will be processed once the incorrect book is returned and verified.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Minor differences in book edition, cover, or print
- Delay caused by courier services
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing
- Prepaid orders will receive a full refund
After 24 hours:
- Orders are usually non-cancellable as processing begins immediately
- In special cases, you may contact support
Returns
- Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- Books must be unused and in original condition
Process:
- Request return
- Product verification
- Approval within 2 working days
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
