Damaged books or incorrect items delivered
Damaged Books
Share photos/video within 48 hours. Replacement will be shipped after verification.
Incorrect Book
Report within 48 hours. We arrange return & send correct item or issue refund.
Non-Eligible Cases
Change of mind, wrong order, minor differences, courier delays
Order Cancellation
Allowed within 24 hours. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns
Request within 5 days. Books must be unused and in original condition.
